AIR POLLUTION CONTROL

Bag Filter

A clean discharge environment through a filtration method matched to dust particle size, temperature, and generation volume.

BAG FILTER SYSTEM

Capturing fine dust on the surface of filter media —
a high-efficiency dust collection system.

A bag filter is a device that captures particles by passing dust-laden gas through filter media. It handles even fine particles reliably and can be applied across a wide range of industrial processes.

We select the filter media material, filtration velocity, and cleaning method based on the dust's particle size and adhesion, gas temperature, and moisture conditions, while also accounting for pressure loss and ease of maintenance.

PROCESS FLOW

Treatment Process

Pre- and post-treatment stages are combined to fit each site's conditions.
01

Dust-Laden Gas Inflow

Dust-laden gas captured from the process flows evenly into the collector.

02

Filtration & Capture

The filter media captures dust, forming a dust cake on its surface.

03

Automatic Cleaning

Compressed air periodically removes dust adhered to the filter media.

04

Dust Discharge

Dust collected in the hopper is removed in a way matched to process conditions.

FILTRATION ENGINEERING

Filter media and cleaning method determine performance.

The filter media's material and area, and the gas's face velocity, directly affect collection efficiency and pressure loss. We control the automatic cleaning cycle to prevent excessive dust buildup and design the whole system for smooth hopper discharge.
