Odor Gas Capture
Gas is stably captured at the source and its flow rate is evened out.

ODOR CONTROL SYSTEM
COMBUSTION TREATMENT
A combustion treatment system treats gas containing odor and VOCs by oxidizing it in a reaction chamber. We analyze the inflow gas's concentration, composition, temperature, and flow rate to set the required reaction conditions.
Changjo Eng designs a combustion system tailored to each site, considering not only treatment performance but also fuel consumption, equipment safety, and the startup and shutdown process.
PROCESS FLOW
Gas is stably captured at the source and its flow rate is evened out.
Moisture and dust are managed and safety conditions are checked before operation.
Odor and organic gases are oxidized at the set temperature and residence time.
Treated gas is discharged and heat is efficiently managed based on operating conditions.

SYSTEM ENGINEERING
Stable combustion treatment requires not only sufficient reaction temperature but also even gas mixing and adequate residence time in the reaction chamber. Automatic control that reflects field load fluctuations secures both treatment performance and operating stability.
DESIGN POINT
Reaction temperature is kept stable to prevent overheating and incomplete reaction.
A control system is configured to monitor pressure, flow rate, and combustion status.
Accessibility and work space are secured for easy inspection and replacement of key components.
