WET SCRUBBER SYSTEM
A wet scrubber directly contacts contaminated gas with water or a chemical solution to remove dust and water-soluble gaseous substances. Using a scrubbing liquid matched to the target substance allows complex pollutants to be treated in a single process.
Treatment efficiency depends on the gas-liquid contact area, circulating water condition, chemical concentration, and gas-to-liquid ratio. Changjo Eng analyzes airflow and pollutant characteristics to design the contact method and circulation system.
PROCESS FLOW
Process gas containing dust and gaseous pollutants is captured.
A scrubbing liquid suited to the target substance is sprayed evenly.
Contact between gas and liquid is maximized in the packing bed or spray zone.
Droplets are removed from the treated gas before it is safely discharged.

GAS-LIQUID CONTACT
We design the flow velocity, packing bed, and nozzle layout so gas and scrubbing liquid make sufficient contact. At the same time, we manage the circulating water's concentration, pH, and sludge condition to prevent reduced treatment efficiency and nozzle clogging.
